Refined but never formal, we are elevated without being fine dining. We operate on island time after all.
Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Suzanne Phillips and focuses on seasonal plates, fresh Gulf seafood, and bistro favorites made for lingering. The wine program anchors the experience, supported by a full bar featuring classic cocktails, top notch martinis, frozen concoctions, and craft beer favorites.
