Join us for a lively evening of Champagne, indulgent bites, and great company as Jean-Noël Haton takes over Bar Bubbly at The Carriage Wine & Market in Florence.
On Friday, July 3 from 6–8 PM, guests will have the rare opportunity to enjoy a curated by-the-glass lineup of premium Champagnes from Jean-Noël Haton. The Champagne Haton story began in 1610 under the reign of Louis XIII, when François Haton acquired the first parcels in Damery. In 1928, Octave Haton brought a new impetus to the family business when he began vinifying his own champagnes. The Haton family has always been proud of its roots in Champagne, and can trace its history back almost four centuries. Along with that pride of the past, it is also firmly focused on the future.
