Because we receive a high volume of requests, we’ve created the form below to help our team clearly understand your mission, your event, and the type of support you’re seeking.

Before you apply: 

To help ensure we can give your request full consideration, please keep the following in mind:

• Timing: Submit your request at least 30 days in advance of your event or preferred fulfillment date.

• Eligibility: We prioritize local and regional non-profit organizations, especially those focused on arts & culture, education, community development, and wellness.

• Review Process: Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but it ensures your organization is reviewed by the appropriate team members.

• Regulations: All requests must comply with relevant Alabama ABC and municipal regulations, when applicable.

Depending on the nature and purpose of your request, we may consider offering:

• Gift cards

• Branded items or merchandise

• In-kind support

• Event participation or promotional partnerships

• General sponsorship opportunities

Please provide as much detail as possible about what you’d like us to review. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is contingent upon available budget, resources, and overall capacity at the time of review.
