Celebrate the arrival of spring with a tasting dedicated to one of the season’s most joyful wines—rosé. From delicate sparkling styles to elegant still rosés, this lineup travels through some of Europe’s most beloved wine regions.
We’ll begin with a lively Prosecco Rosé from Treviso, fresh and festive with bright bubbles and soft berry notes. Next is a classic Côtes de Provence Rosé, the gold standard of southern French rosé—pale, refined, and beautifully balanced. From southern Italy, we’ll pour a Rosé di Primitivo from Puglia, offering a slightly deeper color and luscious strawberry and watermelon flavors. Finally, we finish with a celebratory Brut Rosé Cava from Spain, made in the traditional method with elegant bubbles and a crisp, dry finish.
