Welcome to Rosé + Oyster Fest 2026, a refreshed and elevated take on one of our favorite traditions. What began as a celebration of all things pink now expands into a full seasonal kickoff, pairing the brightest new vintages of rosé with one of the Gulf Coast’s finest offerings.
Guests will enjoy a wide-ranging tasting of still and sparkling rosés from across the world, thoughtfully selected to showcase the energy and diversity of the category. From crisp and mineral-driven to lush and fruit-forward, this is your opportunity to explore the best of the new vintage in one place.
New for 2026, we’re introducing a fresh raw oyster bar featuring selections from Isle Dauphine Oyster Company, harvested straight from the waters of Dauphin Island, Alabama. Clean, briny, and perfectly suited for rosé, it’s a pairing that defines the season.
